Troubleshoot, isolate, identify, track, report and resolve problems encountered using software and hardware, including personalized assistance, telephone assistance. Analyze and assess equipment and performance degradation, including determination of hardware, software, and/or other technical changes necessary. Education & Experience
Associate’s Degree or Minimum of 5 Years in the IT Field
